The whole equipment is made of lightweight and high-strength steel structure, with a moderate overall weight (usually about 2.5 tons), equipped with a movable chassis, which can flexibly adjust the operation position to adapt to different track distances and site conditions. Equipped with dual intelligent recognition systems of AI vision and laser radar, it can automatically scan the train contour and model parameters, accurately identify the streamlined design of the carriage and detailed parts such as handrails and windows, automatically plan the cleaning track, and avoid collision damage.

● Cleaning System: Equipped with a dedicated liftable and tiltable cleaning brush set. When rotating at high speed, it can form a cylinder with thick ends and thin middle, adapting to the streamlined train body. The brush bristles are made of soft and wear-resistant materials, which will not damage the paint on the train exterior. At the same time, it integrates a high-pressure spraying system, which can spray softened water and neutral cleaning agents to quickly remove dust and stains on the train body without cleaning blind spots.
● Intelligent Control System: Adopting PLC + AI intelligent control, it supports one-key start and automatic tracking. After professional training, operators can operate it alone, and the efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than manual cleaning. Equipped with multiple sets of sensors, it can real-time monitor the distance between the equipment and the train, realizing automatic obstacle avoidance and fault self-inspection to ensure operation safety.
● Power and Environmental Protection Configuration: Powered by a storage battery, it can clean 4 EMU trains with 8 carriages each after a full charge, not affected by weather conditions. Equipped with a 1000-liter clean water tank and a 400-liter sewage tank, the cleaning sewage can be recycled and centrally treated. At the same time, it can be equipped with a water circulation system to reuse water resources, saving water and being environmentally friendly. The cleaning water is softened, and neutral or acidic cleaning agents are selected to reduce damage to the train exterior.
Operation Efficiency: The cleaning speed is flexibly adjustable. According to the dirt degree of the train body, deep cleaning or fast cleaning mode can be selected. It takes about 5 minutes to clean a single EMU train with 8 carriages, and about 18 minutes to clean one side of a train with 18 carriages, adapting to the regular maintenance and cleaning needs of trains.
Application Scenarios: EMU depots, railway station depots, subway parking lots, rail vehicle maintenance bases, temporary stop stations, etc. It can clean various rail vehicles such as Fuxing EMU trains, conventional speed trains, subway trains and light rail trains.
