Core Control System

The automatic car wash machine adopts centralized PLC control, with models such as Mitsubishi FX3U-32MT commonly used as the main controller. Controlled actuators include high-pressure water pumps, foam injection pumps, rotating brush sets, drying fans, and vehicle conveyor chains or belts.

Typical Working Process

The system adopts a segmented step-by-step cleaning strategy, operating automatically in the standard sequence:

Pre-rinsing → Foam spraying → Profiling brush washing → Fresh water rinsing → Full vehicle air drying.

It supports free switching between fully automatic and manual modes.

System Hardware Structure

The hardware is divided into three layers: detection layer, control layer and execution layer.

Detection layer: Consists of vehicle length sensors, positioning photoelectric switches, liquid level sensors for detergent and water tanks, which feed back vehicle position, contour and equipment working status to the main controller in real time.

Execution layer: Includes the main machine chassis, left and right spray pipelines, high-pressure water supply pumps, rotating brush assemblies and high-power drying fans.

The whole equipment is mainly composed of four parts: machine chassis, spray pipeline system, electric control system and high-pressure water supply system. It is equipped with both automatic and manual operation modes. In automatic mode, the vehicle enters the washing area at low speed; the system starts each procedure automatically according to preset programs and completes the whole washing process unattended.
