The bus computer car wash machine is an automatic cleaning device designed for large vehicles such as buses, coaches, minibuses, and box trucks. It is built around PLC intelligent control + dedicated brushes / highpressure water systems, and is divided into two main types: gantry reciprocating and tunnel (throughtype), suitable for bus depots, passenger transport hubs, logistics parks, and similar scenarios.


I. Core Types and Structures

1. Gantry Reciprocating (Rollover)

Structure: A gantry with 2 side brushes + 1 top brush. The vehicle stops and stays stationary while the gantry moves back and forth along rails to wash.

Dimensions: Washing height 3.5–4.5 m, width ≤ 2.6 m, unlimited length; footprint approx. length 6–8 m × width 4–5 m.

Efficiency: 3–5 minutes per vehicle, suitable for depots with compact space and up to 50 washes per day.


2. Tunnel (ThroughType)

Structure: Fixed arches + multiple groups of side/top brushes (3/4/5/6 brushes). Vehicles drive through slowly at a constant speed for assemblyline operation.

Dimensions: Length 10–15 m × width 4 m × height 3.5–4.2 m; washing height 3.5–4.2 m, width ≤ 2.6 m.

Efficiency: 1–2 minutes per vehicle, 30–80 vehicles per hour, suitable for bus terminals and large fleets with highfrequency washing.


II. Core Control System (PLC)

Main Controller: Mitsubishi FX3U / Siemens S7 series PLC with touch screen, supporting automatic, manual, and remote modes.

Sensing: Photoelectric switches + length sensors + liquid level sensors – automatically identifies vehicle type, locates the body, and provides anticollision protection.

Actuation: Highpressure water pump (70–120 bar), foam pump, variablefrequency brush motors, highpower drying fans, undercarriage rinse nozzles.

Program: Standard sequence: prerinse → foam → brush wash → rinse → liquid wax → air dry; customisable fast / standard / deep cleaning modes.

Protection: Even coverage of liquid wax, enhancing paint gloss and providing lasting hydrophobic and dustrepellent properties.
