Check whether the conveyor chain, rollers and guide rails are loose or stuck; check brushes for damage, fuzzing and deviation; inspect nozzles for blockage and even water output; listen for abnormal noise and vibration from fans and motors.

● Clean Pipelines and Nozzles

Remove sediment and dirt from spray nozzles every day; clean filters, water purification filter elements and chemical pipelines regularly to avoid blockage.

● Lubrication Maintenance

Add lubricating oil and grease regularly to conveyor chains, bearings, guide rails and transmission parts to reduce wear and prevent rust and stagnation.

● Chemical and Water Tank Maintenance

Check the liquid level of foam, detergent and car wax regularly and replenish in time; clean sediment and oil dirt in the water tank sedimentation tank to keep water clean.

● Circuit and Control System Maintenance

Dust and keep the electric control box, sensors and infrared probes moisture-proof every day; check wires for aging and damage, and keep the PLC control system dry and well ventilated.

● Machine and Site Cleaning

Rinse the machine shell and chassis drainage channel, clean ground sediment and sundries, ensure smooth drainage and avoid equipment corrosion by ponding water.

● Regular Tightening and Calibration

Tighten screws and brackets regularly; calibrate brush position, spray arm angle and vehicle induction positioning to ensure accurate alignment during washing.

● Air Drying System Maintenance

Clean sundries at the fan air outlet, check the fixing of air duct and belt tightness to ensure sufficient air drying power.
