● Vehicle Positioning and Recognition

After the vehicle drives into the designated washing position and stops, the device detects the car via laser and radar sensing to lock its position.

● 3D Full-Scanning and Modeling

Equipped with 3D radar and AI vision cameras, the system quickly scans the overall vehicle shape. It automatically identifies sedans, SUVs, MPVs, new energy vehicles and other models, and builds a three-dimensional vehicle model.

● Intelligent Path Planning

Based on the scanned 3D model, the system automatically calculates the moving path of the mechanical arm, avoiding rearview mirrors, roof racks and protruding parts to prevent collision and eliminate cleaning blind spots.

● Mechanical Arm Following Operation

The multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm moves around the vehicle following the planned route:

High-pressure pre-rinsing → Foam spraying → High-pressure deep decontamination → Wax coating → Full-range air drying.

● Intelligent Safety Protection

Infrared anti-collision and distance sensors work throughout the process. The machine stops immediately when detecting obstacles. It supports built-in fault self-inspection and automatic alarm for abnormalities.
