It operates with the cooperation of mechanical sensor positioning, high-pressure water circuit system, brush or touchless spray system, foam proportioning system and air drying system. It first identifies the position and contour of the vehicle through infrared induction, then sprays pre-washing water and cleaning foam in sequence, flushes sediment and stains on the vehicle body through rolling brushes or high-pressure water knives, and finally dries the whole vehicle with high-pressure fans. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC program.
