A bus washer is a large automatic washing equipment specially designed for cleaning buses, coaches, school buses, medium-sized buses and large commercial vehicles. It replaces manual high-pressure water gun washing. The whole process realizes automatic vehicle sensing, water spraying, brushing and rinsing.
2. Main Two Types
1) Gantry Reciprocating Bus Washer
The vehicle stays stationary, while the gantry frame with brushes moves back and forth to complete the washing.
Application: Small bus stations, passenger transport fleets, and sites with limited space.
Features: Moderate washing speed, high cost performance, longer occupied length and narrow width.
2) Drive-through Bus Washer
The vehicle moves forward slowly at a constant speed, while the machine remains fixed and finishes washing in one pass.
Application: Large bus hubs, high-volume fleets requiring fast batch washing.
Features: Extremely high efficiency; dozens of vehicles can be washed per hour.
3. Core Components
Frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel structure, rust-proof and durable.
Brush Assembly: Side brushes and top brushes with soft bristles, no damage to vehicle paint.
High-pressure Water & Foam System: Pre-rinsing, foam spraying and fine rinsing.
Electric Control System: PLC intelligent control, photoelectric vehicle sensing, automatic start-stop, and self-diagnosis of faults.
Optional Configuration: Air drying system, water recycling and water-saving system.
4. Applicable Vehicles
